In December 2010 Francois Carrier went to Russia to play and record with the Russian
musicians. His courage was rewarded, for he found fantastic musical partners.
One of them is a piano player Alexey Lapin who has become a household name in
the catalogue of Leo Records. For this date in the snowy St. Petersburg they were
joined by the Canadian drummer Michel Lambert who is Francois' regular partner.
This music contains urgency, discovery, humour, stimulation, geometry, serenity,
intensity, harshness, unity, technique, sharing......
